Payment

  1. How can I make the payments?

We use Cashfree Payment Gateway for Indian card Holders and Paypal for international Card Holders.On Cashfree payment gateway you get the widest range of payment options. We support Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, NEFT, IMPS, Paytm and other wallets, UPI via BHIM UPI , Google Pay, PhonePe etc, and its completely safe.

 Once your credit card is authorized, your order is complete.

  1. Is my credit card number secure ?

Your Personal and Payment details are completely secure

  1. Is there any hidden cost involved ?

There are no hidden or extra costs involved, your delivery charges are included in the cost of the Product.

ORDERS

  1. Can I order the flowers for the same day?

Yes, same day delivery of flowers is possible for most cities in India, if the order is placed before 2:00pm IST, and for Pune we take orders upto much later depending on the area of delivery and distance from our store, for real time info please call or text us on 00917722098792 or Email us at sales@shamunsflowers.com .

  1. Can I send some message along with the Flowers?

Yes, you can enter a personal message at the time of placing your order and we will have that hand written on a card and attached to your bouquet.

  1. How do I know if my order is confirmed?

Once you have completed the payment, you will receive a confirmation Email from us about your order details. In case you do not receive an update please Email us at sales@shamunsflowers.com and we will get back to you.

  1. How long will the flowers last?

Depending on the current weather, most flowers have an average vase life of 4-5 days, provided you keep adding/changing the water, trim the stems daily and keep the flowers in a cool and non-windy part of your home or office.

Delivery

  1. How are the flowers delivered?

Our orders in Pune are hand delivered by our in house delivery team, in air-conditioned vehicles. In other cities our Floral Network Partners use similar delivery modes depending on the distance and local traffic conditions.

  1. Is the delivery possible on holidays?

Yes, we Deliver 365 days of the year !!

  1. Can I choose a specific delivery time?

We do provide delivery time slots, so please choose those depending on your delivery locations( Home/Office etc), and we will try our best to deliver within the selected time slots, though sometimes it is not possible due to various reasons like, Traffic conditions, Busy days like Valentines Day when the order volumes are high, or in-case we are waiting on a fresh lot of flowers to use for your order.

  1. What if my order is not delivered on the desired day?

This is absolutely rare but in case the delivery was not possible on a given day, we will check with you if we can make the delivery the next day or you will receive a refund for your order.

  1.  If the recipient is not there at the delivery address?

We will contact the recipient and confirm whether we can hand over the delivery to security/neighbour etc, and we will follow up with them at a later time to confirm they have received the order.

Alteration of orders

  1. Can the order be cancelled?

The order can be cancelled at least a day prior to the delivery date.

  1. Can I change the order?

The order can be modified at least a day prior to the delivery date, in some cases we can modify the order on the same day if its not already prepared for delivery.
